Once offer requirements are met, customer will receive a text message on their UScellular phone that will include a link to a portal where customer may register and activate the promo card. Customer shall have 30 days from when the text message is sent to register and activate the virtual promo card. Once registration is validated, the card will be activated and customer will be provided the virtual card information via the portal. The virtual card expires 90 days after activation. Customer may return to portal at any time during the 90 days to retrieve virtual card information. Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
